Excellent sized room. Spotless. Plenty of room for parking. Simple but effective kitchen layout - plenty of places to eat up the road too. Cobbs was good value and there is a woolworths close by. Warm welcomed from the owner and wall me to the room and showed where to park. Milk and drinking items given. Comfortable bed, free view works great on the tv. Heater and fan supplied if you needed them . Water pressure was great
